Packaging Solutions

Eye Drops

The ideal primary packaging for ophthalmics includes sterile Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) single-use ampoules made of recyclable LDPE or PP, with a 0.25-0.6 ml filling volume. These ampoules eliminate the need for preservatives and allow easy dispensing with gentle pressure. They feature a twist-off cap and can be resealed in some designs. Manufacturer details can be labeled, lasered, or hot-stamped. Production capacity is up to 18,000 ampoules per hour, bundled in blocks. Alternatively, standing Multidoses with 1-15 ml filling volume and a tamper-proof, resealable closure are available.

Injections

Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) ampoules made of LDPE or PP, with 1-20 ml filling volumes, are ideal for injectables, offering sterile manufacturing and allowing terminal sterilization. The Luer system enables a quick, safe connection to syringes without needles, with calibrated ampoules collapsing to prevent contamination. Production can reach up to 18,000 units per hour. Twist-off cap ampoules also support Luer combinations or needle withdrawal. Compact, foldable ampoule blocks minimize plastic use and heat input, optimizing efficiency.

Inhalants

Pharmaceutical products for inhalers or nebulizers are securely packaged in sterile Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) ampoules made from soft LDPE, featuring convenient twist-off caps. Available in single-use portions starting at 0.25 ml or resealable multidoses up to 5 ml, these ampoules can be tailored for direct use in specialized devices with design flexibility, including embossed thin spots and designated areas for labeling.

Infusion

Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) infusion bottles made of LDPE or PP are designed for break resistance and safe terminal sterilization. These bottles can be stored upright, feature an integrated suspension device, and have a collar for easy handling and various cap options. They support unvented use by collapsing completely. Custom container geometries and volumes between 50 and 1,000 ml can be produced using the same mold at rates up to 4,500 bottles per hour.
