  • Contact Information: Name, surname, company, phone, email, and type of pharmaceutical packaging.
  • Job Applications: Name, surname, title, email, address, postal code, city, country, mobile phone, education level, years of experience, and encrypted CV files and application letters.
  • Newsletter: Email address.

2. User Access Data

This pertains to internal employees needing access to website functionalities. Data includes surname, first name, email, and encrypted passwords.

3. Business Relationship Data

Data collected includes information associated with business inquiries and managing newsletter contacts, primarily email addresses.

Purpose of Data Usage

  • Managing job applications.
  • Sending information about our group, activities, products, and partnerships.
  • Maintaining business relationships and communication.
  • Responding to inquiries and requests.
  • Managing quotations, contracts, invoices, and reminders.
  • Keeping statistics on sold products.

  • Maintaining contact lists and managing satisfaction surveys.

Legal Basis for Data Processing

  • Necessary for contract performance or pre-contractual steps.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.
  • Legitimate interests pursued by the controller, except where overridden by data subject rights.

Data Retention

  • Job Applications: 1 year.
  • Newsletter Recipients: 3 years.
  • Business Requests: 3 years.
  • Contractual Relationship: Duration of the contract plus 5 years after expiry or termination.

Data Transfer Outside the EU

Personal data is stored on servers within the EU. In rare cases of transfer to subsidiaries in other countries, we ensure compliance with this Privacy Policy and use standard contractual clauses for adequate protection.
